Seekree is designed from the ground up to collect no personal data. This policy explains what we do — and do not — collect.

We do not collect your conversations or messages
We do not collect personal identifiers (name, email, phone)
We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA)
We do not use analytics SDKs or crash reporters
We do not operate any backend servers that receive your data
On-Device AI
All AI inference runs locally on your device using Apple's Neural Engine. Your conversations are never transmitted to any server operated by Seekree or any third party.
Web Search
If you use the web search feature, queries are sent to the Brave Search API. Brave's privacy policy applies to those requests. We do not log, store, or transmit your search queries to any Seekree-operated service. Web search is an optional feature available to Full tier users.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to purchase data. We do not receive or store payment information.
Local Storage
Conversation history and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs. This data never leaves your device.
By downloading or using Seekree, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Seekree grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Purchases
Seekree Full ($9.99) is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Web Search Renewal ($7.99/year) is a non-renewing, manually purchased add-on. All purchases are final and subject to Apple's refund policies.
Web Search
Web search is powered by the Brave Search API. Search results are provided as-is. Seekree does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of search results.
AI Outputs — Important Disclaimer
Seekree uses on-device AI to generate responses. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or factually incorrect. The AI model can and does make mistakes, including producing plausible-sounding but false information (sometimes called "hallucinations").
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information provided by Seekree before acting on it. Do not rely on Seekree for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or any other decisions where errors could cause harm.
Afacture LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Use of Seekree's AI outputs is entirely at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Seekree is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Afacture LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Afacture LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of Seekree or reliance on any AI-generated content, even if Afacture LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Afacture LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Seekree exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, discontinuation, or changes to the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
